A new year, a new adventure!

It has taken quite a bit of time to get everything ready for this, and honestly, some of it was such a headache to complete. But I can finally say, I will be a JAiR resident at Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum starting February 2026!

Ilias Lalaounis was a brilliant maker of his time. His creativity and imagination has led to many incredible things, including the Olympic Flame, which was recently lit at the Lighting Ceremony for the Winter Olympic Games.

The JAiR (Jewellery Artist in Residence) program holds many opportunities for me as a craft practitioner, and personally. I am grateful to be able to attend, and I cannot wait to be there next month. And of course, I get to travel! I have never been to Greece, and living over there for six months will give me ample time to explore and discover what lies in the many temples and ruins.
